Attorney Warsha holds an LL. B and an LL.M from Tel Aviv University. He serves as Chair of the Property Claims and Subrogation Committee at the Israeli Bar Association and as Co-Chair of the Courts – Lawyers Committee at the Israeli Bar Association.
