Yarel + Partners CPA is a professional accounting firm dedicated to providing advanced services tailored to the needs of its clients. The firm was founded in 1986 by accountant Shimon Yarel and is headed by Shimon Yarel, Moshe Larach, and Alexandra Meron.

The firm's services include audit of financial statements, editing and auditing of tax-related reports, preparation of balance sheets for public companies (according to US-GAAP, Israeli-GAAP and IFRS), internal audits, SOX services, financial and accounting consulting, valuations, Due Diligence, accompanying companies before financial institutions, issuing companies on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and stock exchanges in the USA, tax planning, and much more.

The team assigned to each client combines the professional requirements that meet his needs. To ensure accurate, efficient, and satisfactory results for clients, the firm's employees specialize in different areas of accounting, taxation, and consulting.

The team consists of about 40 members. All accountants are members of the Chamber of Accountants in Israel. The firm is also a member of the Internal Auditor's Chamber.
