Attorney Brand has over twenty years of experience providing legal services to companies and individuals, managing complex civil and commercial proceedings, and leading strategic legal initiatives. He is a law graduate of Manchester, England, and founded the firm upon his return to Israel.

His practice encompasses dispute resolution, arbitration, and mediation; the drafting and leadership of agreements in the fields of commerce, franchising, and food; purchase and sale transactions involving private and commercial real estate nationwide, with a particular emphasis on the central region; and the comprehensive handling of inheritances, estates, liquidations, and corporate rehabilitation. He is a graduate of an arbitrators’ training program and has practical experience serving as an arbitrator in both civil and commercial proceedings.

Attorney Brand also specializes in claims relating to attorneys’ fees and provides professional legal opinions in this area, an area that requires a high level of expertise, practical experience, and independent judgment. He provides ongoing legal counsel to companies and nonprofit organizations, is a highly skilled negotiator, and leads complex processes toward precise, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.

He is a member of the Attorneys’ Fees Committee of the Israel Bar Association and regularly serves as an arbitrator and mediator.

Outside of his professional practice, he guides and leads motorcycle tours and enjoys assisting lone soldiers.
