About
Naor Gelberg Law Firm specializes in real estate and property law, guiding private clients, investors, entrepreneurs, and corporations through every stage of a transaction—from the initial due diligence of the property and rights, through negotiations and contracting, to tax authority reporting and registration at the Land Registry (Tabu).
Naor Gelberg is both a licensed attorney and a certified real estate appraiser. This dual expertise enables every transaction to be evaluated from both a legal perspective and an economic-planning standpoint: what is actually being acquired, what its true value is, what building rights exist or are anticipated, and what tax liabilities or betterment levies (heitel hashbacha) might arise down the road. He completed his pre-internship and legal internship at the Israel Tax Authority, and this deep familiarity with the tax world continues to shape the firm's work to this day.
Over twelve years of professional practice, the firm has guided more than one thousand real estate transactions. Its core areas of practice include the purchase and sale of apartments and properties, buying new apartments from contractors, real estate taxation and pre-transaction tax planning, reduction of betterment levies, urban renewal (Pinui Binui and TAMA 38), representation of developers, purchasing groups, and combination deals, intergenerational transfers and gift transactions, registration of condominium buildings, and planning and zoning proceedings.
The firm operates using a methodology developed over the years known as the Traffic Light System, which classifies every issue in a transaction according to its risk level: what has been verified and allows for progress, what requires further investigation, and what warrants stopping and renegotiating terms. The goal is to empower clients to make decisions based on a complete picture, ensuring problems are not discovered only after signing.
Alongside his ongoing practice, Naor Gelberg hosts public professional webinars, assists eligible buyers prior to the "Buyer's Price" (Mechir LeMishtaken) lotteries, manages the professional community "Real Estate Without Question Marks" ("Nadlan Bli Simanei She'ela"), and is a co-host of the D9 Real Estate Podcast.
He is a member of both the Israel Bar Association and the Israeli Chamber of Appraisers.
The firm is located in the Space Tower in Rishon LeZion and serves clients nationwide through both in-person office meetings and virtual consultations.
