Kaplansky Law Office was founded in 1974 and is located in central Tel Aviv.
The firm was established by Attorney and Notary Moshe Kaplansky, who passed away in 2021.

Since 1992, the firm has been managed by his son, Dr. Kobi Kaplansky, Attorney-at-Law (Ph.D., Anglia Ruskin University).

The firm specializes in legal representation and litigation relating to policyholders’ claims against insurance companies in the following areas:

● Property insurance claims - break-ins, floods, fires, contractors’ insurance, loss of diamonds, marine insurance, officers’/directors’ liability, and more.

● Personal injury claims - compensation for car accident victims, aviation accidents, work accidents, National Insurance claims, loss of earning capacity, income tax exemption, and more.

The firm is divided into two main departments:

● Property Damage and Commercial Insurance Claims Department, headed by Attorney Sagit Tzuberi (LL.M.).

● Personal Injury Department, headed by Attorney Rami Zach (LL.B.).

The team consists of professional and dedicated attorneys and administrative staff, some of whom have been with the firm for decades. We view our team as an integral part of our success.
