Attorney Benyamin (Beny) Avta  is a managing partner at the firm, specializing in both real estate law and tort law.

His expertise includes handling combination agreements, and private and commercial lease agreements, representing developers and tenants in urban renewal projects, and providing legal counsel to construction and development companies in real estate transactions for residential and commercial properties. He also advises on purchasing groups, real estate tenders, and the sale and purchase of residential apartments, including transactions involving new developments (representing both developers and buyers).

In tort law, Beny possesses broad legal knowledge and substantial experience in representing plaintiffs in financial claims for compensation due to medical malpractice, personal injury, car accidents, workplace accidents, and student injuries.
