Attorney Reut Avta Cohen is one of the partners at Avta & Co., specializing in the field of real estate. She handles real estate projects and transactions, both for residential and commercial purposes and accompanies her clients through all stages of the transaction, from preliminary evaluation and inspections, legal and commercial negotiations, financial accompaniment, dealing with the different authorities, including the Israel Land Authority, real estate taxation and institutions responsible for planning, to completing of the transaction and registering rights in practice.

The legal services provided by Reut include drafting sales and purchase agreements (second-hand residential apartments from contractors, commercial properties, and land), combination agreements, private and commercial leases, representation in urban renewal projects (both of entrepreneurs and tenants), legal support for contracting and entrepreneurial companies purchasing and selling residential and commercial real estate, and accompanying purchase groups and tenders in the field of real estate and construction.
