• Represented a cellular operator throughout the administrative and legal proceedings related to determination of connectivity fees, and a number or other issues. Change as above

• Represented a television channel in legislative proceedings relating to payment of carriage fees to multi-channel television platforms, and in subsequent High Court of Justice litigation.

• Represented several television channels in legislative proceedings related to digital terrestrial television legislation.

• Represented leading international telecommunications operator and internet service provider in significant international capacity purchase agreement.

• Represented international joint venture for deployment of WiMAX networks in developing countries, including negotiation of license terms, provision of regulatory counsel, and negotiation of agreements with suppliers/

• Represented telecommunications company in series of private equity investment transactions totaling $20m.

• Ongoing representation as external counsel of leading Israeli telecommunications operator and ISP in a broad range of regulatory, corporate and commercial issues.

• Represented leading  international television network with respect to its activities in Israel.
