David N. Shimron - Senior Partner

Recent Significant Activities:

• Adv. Shimron served as head of the negotiating team forming the current coalition, conducted talks and formulated the coalition agreements with several parties for setting up the government in the name of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.

• Member of the "100 days team" that preceded the establishment of the 32 ndgovernment
(2009-13),
and as part of this proposed and led the reforms of the Israel Land Administration in the field of planning and building.

• Represented the State of Israel in the suit filed against it by the Jordan Valley Water and Kibbutz Association worth hundreds of millions of shekels.

• Represented policemen and prison wardens (Association of Policewomen) in the "Latvian Affair" regarding the award of academic qualifications to the police; representing police and prison wardens that were awarded certificates from the Chief Rabbinate; representing teachers from the Arab sector in the Supreme Court after they received academic degrees from Humberside University; representing the University Center of Ariel in the Supreme Court in a suit filed against the Council for Higher Education.

• Representing overseas investors in the planning and building institutions and all courts; support and assistance for investors in building hotels with the government's licensing and planning authorities.

• Comprehensive handling of various issues for technology companies and representing overseas investors in Israel in dealings with industrial corporations in Israel and high-tech ventures.

• Handling large-scale real estate ventures including supporting large purchasing groups; handling real estate project development including, among other things, large residential areas designed for thousands of housing units, commercial areas and industrial zones .

Current positions: Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors of a number of companies; until recently Chairman of the Management Committee of the American College of Law and Business in Ramat Gan.
