Upon admission to the Israeli Bar, she joined one of the leading and longest-established law firms in Be'er Sheva, where she headed the firm's personal injury practice.

In 2004, she established her independent practice under the name Gadekar Aharoni Law Office. Approximately thirteen years later, the firm merged with the law office of Adv. Hakmon Elmakaies, and in 2020 Adv. Ilanit Gadekar Aharoni and Adv. Admit Bachar assumed joint management of the longstanding practice under the name Gadekar Aharoni Bachar. This collaboration led to the establishment of a boutique law firm founded on decades of professional experience, integrity, reliability, and unwavering commitment to its clients.
