The firm represents companies in the real estate field, purchasing groups and private clients, and accompanies projects throughout all their stages – starting from land acquisition, through financing, planning, conducting tenders and agreements with contractors and consultants, up to the registration of condominiums and accompaniment before the authorities.
In addition, the firm specializes in diverse real estate transactions, including sale and lease transactions, combination, partnerships, projects for developers and contractors, TAMA 38 transactions and transactions through corporations.
The firm also manages legal proceedings in the real estate field, including ownership and possession claims, construction defects, dissolution of partnerships and appeals before appeals committees.
Furthermore, the firm provides services before all relevant authorities: the Land Registry Office, Israel Land Authority, housing companies, the Tax Authority (Real Estate Taxation), local authorities, the Registrar of Companies, the Registrar of Non-Profits and the Registrar of Inheritance.
