The firm is a family firm, its chief appraiser is Israel Avital, a property appraiser with 23 years of experience, and his wife, Shoshana Avital, is responsible for the administrative and logistic aspects.
The firm has been operating since year 2000 as an independent firm and it serves private individuals, companies and various businesses.
The firm uses and utilizes various professionals from various fields such as engineers, contractors, technicians, private investigators etc.
In every event review, assessment and appraisal, and risk survey, an opinion is produced, with attached photos, in order to generate a document that would be acceptable as evidence in any judiciary including the courts of law.
The appraiser fees are derived from the necessary extent of activity and are reasonable and fair.
The fees are paid during the meeting with the client via cash payment or check.
The opinion in generated quickly and personally-delivered to the client via a mail messenger.
