Founded in 1955 in Tel Aviv by the late Attorneys Judith and Yosef Sahar, the firm has focused on tort law from its early steps and was among the first to develop a specialization in medical malpractice. In the 1970s, Attorneys Moshe Stobiecki and Orna Sahar-Ziv gradually joined the firm and continued to lead and develop the areas of practice for over 40 years. In 2021, Attorneys Eveline Aviad, Tal Bukstein, and Avi Benbenisti joined the partnership. Today, they lead the firm and continue its legacy.

For nearly 70 years, the firm has been well-known in medical malpractice and tort law (particularly in car accident cases).
