R.A.Y (Industry for Advanced Structures) is engaged in the building of structures and prefabricated elements as well as construction works. The company has extensive experience in traditional construction and industrial construction, including planning and manufacturing concrete structures and developing advanced work methods, manufacturing prefabricated elements, producing and supplying concrete prefabricated structures, contracting works in construction and infrastructure fields such as construction (planning and execution), installation and fire suppression, elevators, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and so forth.

R.A.Y comprises a diverse professional team that includes engineers, architects, work managers, and professional execution teams who are responsible for the execution of assembly works, conventional construction, development, and finishing throughout the country. The company holds a C5 contractor classification (branch 100) and is a recognized contractor for government works in this classification. Additionally, the company holds the ISO-9001 quality standard of the Standards Institute.

The Company's Factories

In addition to its activity in traditional construction fields, the company owns factories for producing prefabricated structures and elements. The main factory, which also houses the administration offices, sales, planning, and manufacturing departments, is located in the Har Yona Industrial area in Nazareth Ilit. Another factory is located in the Mavo’ot HaGilboa Industrial area and covers an area of over 5000 square meters. In these factories, the company manufactures a variety of products including special elements, prefabricated columns for industrial buildings, security rooms, TRM walls, water conduit passages, bridge elements, water frontage beams, and more. The factories are certified according to Standard 1923 Part 2, and the company is an approved manufacturer by the Electric Company for producing prefabricated air-conditioned rooms, as well as an approved manufacturer by the Home Front Command for producing institutional and residential protected spaces.
