Harash, Sasson & Co. Law Firm is a boutique firm specializing in full legal counsel and support in real estate and property law. The firm advises and represents prominent real estate companies, public corporations, private real estate developers, banks, foreign entities, and both local and international hotel chains.
The firm’s team has vast experience in managing complex projects, including urban renewal initiatives (representing rights holders only), income-generating real estate, real estate financing, planning and construction procedures, and more. Clients receive close and responsive legal guidance throughout the entire lifecycle of their transactions and projects, from due diligence and deal structuring, through agreements with contractors and consultants, to marketing, sales, and the registration of property rights.
Firm Leadership
The firm is led by partners Adv. Roy Harash and Adv. Roi Sasson.
Adv. Harash has over 20 years of experience in real estate and previously served as Head of the Real Estate Department at one of Israel’s largest law firms.
Adv. Sasson has over 13 years of experience in the field and, before establishing the firm, was a partner at a leading real estate law firm.
Both attorneys are personally involved in every case and accompany clients through all stages of their transactions.
