Adv. Shmulik Reznik – Partner

Married + 2 children, and the second generation of well-known lawyers.

Adv. Reznik is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1997. He speaks Hebrew and English at a mother tongue level.

Adv. Reznik holds an LL.B. degree in Law from Leicester University in England.

Adv. Reznik is a senior partner in the firm and he heads the firm’s Commercial Law division.

Adv. Reznik is considered to be one of the leading experts in Israel in providing legal counsel to businesses in the leisure and entertainment industries, in particular dance clubs, bars and restaurants.

Adv. Reznik is a battalion commander (res.) in the IDF’s Home Command, serving as commander of the Tel Aviv district’s Firefighters, Rescue and Recovery Unit.

Adv. Reznik is a musician who plays bass guitar in a band and also serves as the band’s manager.

Adv. Reznik provides counsel to the firm’s clients in a close, personal manner in many fields of commercial law, starting from the stage of founding the company, drawing up required contracts and agreements, resolving disputes between shareholders and partners, drawing up compromise agreements and dissolutions, and ongoing legal counsel to companies in various fields.

Adv. Reznik advises Israeli clients in their activities in Israel and around the world, and the firm provides ongoing legal services to Israeli clients operating outside of Israel.
