In the field of insolvency law (formerly bankruptcy law), Advocate Alush serves in several capacities. Since 2013, she has been appointed as a court-appointed insolvency trustee on behalf of the Commissioner of Insolvency Proceedings (formerly the Official Receiver) in the Jerusalem District. Since 2010, she has also represented both debtors and creditors in insolvency proceedings in Israel's Southern and Central Districts.

Advocate Alush represents private individuals, companies undergoing liquidation, shareholders, and businesses requiring commercial legal guidance. Her meticulous attention to detail, combined with her extensive knowledge of the insolvency system from both the trustee's and the parties' perspectives, enables her to develop innovative and effective legal solutions that consistently achieve outstanding results in insolvency, real estate, and family law matters.

Her multidisciplinary expertise provides significant added value to businesses and individuals seeking comprehensive legal support, business restructuring, and financial rehabilitation. In addition, her extensive experience in family law, wills and estates, the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, and real estate law enables her to provide clients with broad, strategic, and comprehensive legal representation.

Prior to establishing her own law firm, Advocate Alush completed her legal internship under a District Court judge, served as a judicial law clerk to a District Court judge in Be'er Sheva, and worked for several years at leading private law firms.
