Shenhav Chen is a real estate entrepreneurship, supervision, and construction investment company Ltd.

The company engages in both entrepreneurship and execution under one roof and was established in 1994 by the late David Shenhav (1949–2007), who served as the Chairman of the Contractors and Builders Association in Rehovot and its surroundings (2006–2007).

Since David's passing, the company has been managed by his son, civil engineer Chen Shenhav. Today, Shenhav Chen focuses on initiating and constructing residential projects (high-density housing), with a primary emphasis on Rehovot and the surrounding area.

The company has successfully completed dozens of projects, all backed by Bank Leumi or Bank Jerusalem. Operating as both the developer and the contractor enables the company to deliver the highest quality product featuring luxurious finishes and rich technical specifications.
