Shanhay Building LLC.

The Shanhay Group was established in 2007 by Roi Zror, the CEO, to provide quality construction solutions for a wide range of construction industry customers. Today, the group is the main contractor for leading construction companies in the field of framing and finishing works. We provide professional and reliable services, while maintaining the highest standards.

The group provides engineering consultation, project accompaniment, and management from initial foundation stages through to finishing and completion. Our company is an expert in hiring foreign workers in different fields: NOP 38, building frames, infrastructure and development, modular/ mobile structures with architectural planning and supervision, structures restoration, water and fire damages, and more.

Our Vision

We believe in efficient work and therefore invest a great deal of effort in creating an organizational work team, each member undergoes intense training and becomes a skilled professional, with skills exceeding the standard.

We believe in working with foreign workers that come to Israel to work in the construction industry, following careful training and examination by the Ministry of Housing and Construction. We don’t work with untrained and unauthorized Palestinian workers.

We strongly believe in the product we provide and thus place our own work manager in each site to oversee the quality assurance, at any given moment, in order to provide the best possible results. We think outside the box and integrate innovation in all stages of our work.
