Adv. Inbal Soudry Kinan

Brings extensive multi-disciplinary experience in business management and various legal fields, specializing in commercial litigation, mediation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and debt enforcement. Having previously served as legal counsel for commercial corporations, she provides a broad business perspective. As a certified mediator, she specializes in resolving complex business disputes through both creative ADR methods and decisive legal action. Adv. Soudry Kinan manages tens of thousands of liability, debt, and note cases within the court system and the Execution Office.

Education: LL.B. in Law and B.A. in Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya.

Seniority: Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2006.

Adv. Idan Zohar

Has led Zohar Law Firm (founded in 1980) for over a decade. Adv. Zohar has accumulated vast experience in civil-commercial litigation and legal debt collection, simultaneously managing thousands of cases involving claims, promissory notes, and asset realization. His professional background as a former HR manager and his certification as a mediator provide him with a distinct advantage in navigating complex commercial negotiations and mediations.
