About
Almog Group is a veteran and leading real estate company engaged in the development and execution of residential projects. The company focuses on urban renewal, hotels, and rental housing, and also owns income-producing properties and shopping centers in Tel Aviv, Modiin, and Talmei Menashe.
Founded in 1986 by Itzik and Liora Amsalem, the company has grown over the years into one of the leading groups in the industry.
In the field of urban renewal, Almog is considered one of the sector’s pioneers, advancing mega-projects in prime locations across cities throughout Israel.
The Group demonstrates exceptional financial strength — in 2021, 20% of its shares were acquired by Harel Insurance Company, and in 2025 the company joined the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange as a reporting company following a public bond issuance.
Urban Renewal
The project portfolio of the Group’s urban renewal division currently includes approximately 12,000 residential units across 39 different complexes. These projects are at various stages — construction, advanced planning, and licensing. Clients benefit from close and continuous support from the acquisition stage through the entire project lifecycle until completion.
The many successful projects delivered over the years, alongside hundreds of returning clients, serve as the company’s professional hallmark and a source of pride.
Almog operates nationwide with large-scale urban renewal (Pinui-Binui) projects in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Petah Tikva, Givat Shmuel, Holon, Bat Yam, Yavne, Netivot, Ashkelon, Be’er Ya’akov, Netanya, Tirat Carmel, and Migdal HaEmek.
The company also specializes in identifying, initiating, and advancing TAMA 38 projects. In this segment, the Group is currently active in 10 projects in high-demand areas, including Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Herzliya, and Ra’anana.

In recent years, the company has also expanded into the hospitality sector, with land acquisitions designated for the construction of an urban hotel in the Montefiore neighborhood of Tel Aviv and a resort hotel in Mitzpe Ramon.
Rental Housing
As part of a collaboration established with Harel Insurance Company, a partnership named RENT2STAY was formed in 2021 for the purpose of developing rental housing projects.
“Almog Yavne,” the first project under this joint venture, includes 157 rental units and was completed and fully occupied in 2025.
Community Involvement
Almog Group is actively involved in community initiatives. Among other activities, the company adopted a unit of soldiers with disabilities as part of the “Gedolim B’Madim” program and has developed ongoing collaborations with the Israel Cancer Association, the Association for the Wellbeing of Israel’s Soldiers, ILAN, the Shnir Association, and the Tel Aviv–Yafo Education Advancement Association.
Following the events of October 7, the Group established an assistance fund that provided packages and essential equipment to soldiers, families of the wounded, medical teams, the Hostages and Missing Families Forum, and families evacuated from their homes.
