Adv. Ayelet Sabag founded the firm in 2011. Adv. Sabag was born in 1973, and she is married and has three children.
She graduated from the Law School of Bar Ilan University in 1996 (LL.B.), was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1997, graduated from the Jurist Medicine Course of Tel Aviv University in 2000, received her Mediator certification in 2002 and served as a senior attorney in the Sahar, Stobiecki & Co., Advocates until 2011. She has 20 years of experience in representing victims – on the one hand and defendants – on the other, in various bodily harm claims, whereas her main practice throughout the year has been focused on medical malpractice lawsuits, and in addition – in all types of accidents, insurance claims and National Insurance.

Alongside her practice in defending governmental medical systems, Adv. Sabag has been practicing throughout the years the filing of claims against other medical systems while representing seriously-injured victims. The familiarity with both sides of the barricades, plaintiffs and defendants, is one of the firm’s notable advantages.
The firm was founded about 7 years ago. Up until then adv. Sabag worked in a large firm which also represents the State of Israel – where she served as a senior attorney with a reputation and unique knowledge in her areas of practice.
Adv. Sabag gained extensive experience through the management of hundreds of complex medical malpractice claims in all branches of medicine and claims resulting from severe accidents in courts throughout Israel, in mediation procedures in these practice areas and also in review committees of the Ministry of Health, and during her work she established work relationships with Israel’s most senior doctors.
Adv. Sabag has been voluntarily lecturing to lawyers in the framework if the Israeli Bar Association, in order to provide practical knowledge for the generation of young attorneys. In addition, she lectures to medical and long-term care teams and risk managers from hospitals throughout Israel, inter alia, in the framework of seminars of the Israeli Bar Association, the Insurance Companies Association, and various medical conventions.
The firm is a well-recognized professional by practitioners in the torts and medical malpractice areas for many years, and the cases are managed with mutual collegiality in front of the counterparties.
The firm is currently in a growth momentum, whereas it currently includes an office manager, an intern and 3 attorneys. It resided since its establishment in the Twins 1 Tower in Ramat Gan’s diamond exchange area, and following its expansion, it is expected to move in March 2018 to a new office that was purchased on the 27th floor of the Midtown Office Tower, at the heart of Tel-Aviv’s new business district.
