The firm has major experience in handling day-to-day matters for various institutions including municipal affairs in the field of litigation such as: appearing in court and various judicial forums including in the field of administrative law. The firm has experience and expertise in the areas of real estate, business licensing, and planning and building including expropriation proceedings and seizing land, expropriation compensation, compensation for harming plans, vacating and eviction from real estate, business permits and exceptional use, clear and build projects and projects in the field of real estate that combine planning, through construction, and rezoning of land.

Main Practice Areas:  Involved in day-to-day consultancy for corporations and local authorities, real estate, business licensing, planning and building, administrative law, and civil-commercial law.

He has special expertise in procedures for requisitioning and seizing land, including in areas with high sensitivity, conducting negotiations, filing suits for removal and eviction, procedures for requisitioning and seizing land and payment of compensation, including requisition compensation, compensation for damaging plans, in accordance with the planning and building law, 5725 – 1965, land order (purchase for the public purchases) 1943, and road and railway orders (protection and development), 1943, before local committees, appeal committees, district courts and including administrative courts and the High Court of Justice and the like.

Adv. Kachalon has in the past taken an active part in the discussions that have taken place in Knesset committees, government ministries, and other economic organizations, including the Tax Authority, Ministry of Transport, and the Knesset Economic and Finance Committees on all matters relating to formulating and amending the orders of laws and regulations on the subject of transport and on the subject of requisitioning land, including as a party to the steering committee for amending the land order (purchase for public purposes), 1943, headed by Adv. Sarit Dana, who served as deputy legal advisor to the government.

2.    Adv. Galit Rubinstein. Born 1977. LL.B. Law (2003). LL.M. Law Tel Aviv University (2012). Licensed to practice as a lawyer since 2004.

Possesses many years proven experience in implementing procedures for requisitioning and seizing land according to the road and railway orders (protection and development), 1943, land order (purchase for public purposes), 1943 and the law and amendment for the purchasing law for the public need 5724 – 1964.

As part of the requisitioning procedures, she has acquired major experience in conducting litigation cases, including orders for vacating and eviction, suits for receiving requisition compensation, suits according to clause 197 of the planning and building law, 5725 – 1965, for damaging plans, adjudicated before appeals committees and district courts including administrative courts, and the like.

3.    Adv. Dror Maman. Born 1976. LL.B. Law (2003). MBA Business Administration, academic track College of Management (2011). Certified as a Mediator by the Israel Bar Association (2005). Licensed to practice as a lawyer since 2004.
