The Isras Group, which is considered to be one of Israel's longstanding, notable and largest real-estate groups, was founded about 68 years ago. The group, which specializes in developing, constructing and managing properties with high profit potential and residential buildings, employs about 110 employees and brings to the table a great many years of experience and large-scope successful projects. The group operates across Israel and has a very diversified assets portfolio and lands and building rights which are relevant for areas of a very large scope.
Isras in publicly listed on the TASE and is included in the TA-125 index, with total consolidated assets of about NIS 7.4 billion as of 2019. Its equity amounts to about NIS 3.4 billion and its 2019 net profits amounted to about NIS 562 million.
The following companies are included under the Isras Group: Rassco – Rural and Suburban Settlement Ltd. and Rassco Residential Ltd. (100% owned), GATI – Jerusalem Technology Park Ltd. (74% owned) and Ogen Yielding Real Estate Investment Ltd. (100%).
The group's customers arrive from various sectors and remain with it for years. Its tenants base including government ministries, high-tech companies of varying sizes, higher-education institutes, banks and foreign communication networks.
Isras holds yielding properties with a total area of more than 63,000 sq.m. These properties include various types of structures, such as: The technology parks in Malha and Har Hotzvim in Jerusalem, and high-end offices and commerce parks in Ramat HaHayal in Tel Aviv, in Netanya, in Petach Tikva, in Rehovot, in Ramat Gan, in Holon, Elisra, in Rosh HaAyin, in Afula, in Neveh Ilan, Jerusalem and in other locations.
In addition, the group also holds industrial facilities and workshops, various parking lots in Israel and an assisted-living home in Kfar Shemaryahu. These properties are valued at around $5.4B. the companies comprising the group hold additional lands and building rights with a total area of about 500,000 sq.m.
Pinui-Binui and residential units: Rassco – Rural and Suburban Settlement Ltd. and Rassco Residential Ltd. focus their operations in the areas of Hamoshava Jerusalem, Haifa, Kiryat Tivon and Nahariya, in the development and construction of residential buildings. These companies own land reserves, in various planning stages, for the construction of about 600 additional units. In addition, these companies are also participating in Pinui-Binui projects with a total scope of about 1,350 apartments.
David's Crown: This project in Jerusalem is one of the group's most attractive projects. The upscale and prestigious project includes building rights for 35,000 sq.m. of residential, offices, commerce and hotels areas. Some of the buildings are for sale and some for rent.
Ramat HaNasi – a joint project with Gav Yam Ltd. A major neighborhood in Haifa, which would include, in addition to about 1,000 apartments in 18 towers, also public areas such as sports facilities, parks, gardens and various commerce and community services, such as schools and kindergartens. Currently, a commerce center operates in the neighborhood and about 650 apartments were already constructed and occupied.
Projects Under Construction: the Olivax Complex in Kiryat Arye/Petach Tikva, Metro Mall Park in Rehovot, an open commerce center in Kfar Ganim/Petach Tikva and an expansion of the existing complex in Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem.
