National Insurance Company (NIC) was founded in 1992 by a group of expert Palestinian professionals. Its establishment occurred in the midst of an uncertain eco-political climate, which included the withdrawal of Israeli insurance companies from the Palestinian market. Since then, NIC has achieved numerous successes due to its unparalleled strengths within Palestine.

In addition to our economical and social role, we have contributed significantly to the growth and development of the insurance industry in Palestine. We offer a wide variety of products and creative insurance solutions within our General and Life Insurance portfolios. Sales and Operations are currently conducted through the head-office in Al-Bireh city as well as 27 branches and offices in Palestine. NIC has achieved premiums of USD 55 million in 2022, its capital is USD 17.25 million, and its totals assets are around USD 131 million.
